Favicon Generator
Create PNG favicon sizes, an ICO file, an apple touch icon and the HTML link tags from a PNG or SVG logo.
Favicon Generator
Turn a square-ish PNG or SVG into PNG icons from 16 to 512 px, an apple-touch-icon, a favicon.ico and the HTML to link them.
- Does: scales your image into the standard icon sizes and packs 16, 32 and 48 px into one ICO.
- Doesn’t: simplify a detailed logo for tiny sizes: check the 16 px preview yourself.

How to use this tool
Choose a PNG or SVG, adjust padding and background, then generate the icon previews. Download the ICO or ZIP and copy the HTML tags.
A favicon must remain recognizable at very small sizes. Use a simple symbol with a clear silhouette, adjust padding and inspect the 16 pixel result. The generated ZIP groups PNG icons, an ICO and the HTML link snippet for a site head.
Limits and privacy
Tiny icons may need a simplified source design. Inspect the 16 pixel preview before using the set on a site.
Logo Lab runs on your device. Files you select are not uploaded or stored by this site. Reloading the page clears the current work.
Common questions
What source files work?
Choose a PNG or SVG up to 5 MB. A simple square or near-square mark usually reads best.
Will this install the icons on my website?
No. Download the files and add them to your site's public assets, then use the generated HTML tags with paths that match your deployment.
