Vector Conversions with special effect

The outer glow effects on this image are actually ‘raster’ effects (bitmap, not vector), which means this example is not a 100% true vector. But it can still be scaled up to any size and will remain sharp. So it does behave in the same way a fully vectored image would behave, but technically the glow effects are not vector.

Therefor, if you need your graphic to be suitable for any purpose it is advisable to have it converted without using any raster effects, such as the ‘glow’ or blur effects.
