This logo had aged over time and the background had become discoloured. We did this conversion and also removed the faded background. Nearly all the logos we redraw will be supplied without the background, enabling them to be placed on different coloured backgrounds.
The original logo had a distressed or eroded effect, which we can do our best to replicate. Although in this example the client wanted it to look ‘clean’.
This is a straightforward job, typical of the type of logos we would receive. A scanned image which is a bit offline, which is simple for us to correct. Also the client needed some text removed. The converted logo was made into signs for a local election campaign.
This logo has a metallic effect which we had to replicate using gradients or colour blends. This is not a 100% true vector image as the gradient effect is actually a raster effect. Although the redrawn version will still scale up to any size and remain sharp.
The original jpeg supplied was quite bad quality and because it was made up lots of small speckles, it would have been very difficult to redraw as it appeared.
